Return & Exchange Policy

Return

All our products are made to order, thoroughly checked, and packed before dispatch. Hence, we do not offer returns.

However, your order is eligible for exchange under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or wrong product.

  • The size of the product does not match the size chart provided.
    (Note: Size and colour cannot be changed after placing the order.)


Exchange Procedure

If you meet the above eligibility criteria, please reach out to us at contact.thekanali@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for exchange

  • Photos are mandatory showing any defects or issues

We will get in touch with you to proceed with the exchange options.
Please ensure the product is unused, and packed with original tags/labels.

Important:
You must contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


Inspection and Approval

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it.

  • If the product is approved, we will process the exchange.

  • The final decision will be at the sole discretion of our team.


Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations and refunds are not accepted since all products are made to order.
